plan from 2016 - 2021, and this role will lead on ensuring internal
performance to deliver our national strategy, and positioning and
quality assurance of our programmes to ensure quality and direction in
line with our vision and goals.
We are seeking a values-orientated and experienced Senior Manager to
help lead the Country Programme to even greater heights. Working
closely alongside the Head of Operations to manage all 5 organisational
directorates (Strategy & Direction, Operations & HR, Finance
& Admin, Fundraising and Partnerships, and Programme Quality), this
post is ideal for a talented individual looking to take a step up into
organisational leadership into a senior position within a dynamic and
ambitious organisation.
Location: Iringa, Tanzania
Salary: TZS 46,555,733 gross per annum
